Akron Soul Train is thrilled to present a special program that delves into the intersection of art and mental health. Our featured guest for this event is Debora Totti Cranendonk, the March artist-in-residence. She is an accomplished Italian actress who uses performance as a medium to convey her narrative, navigate generational trauma, and promote connection and empathy through storytelling. Joining Debora in this enlightening conversation are Caryl Church-Jesseph, an arts educator, Sheridan Furrer, an artist and mental health professional, and Ursula Messina, an art therapist, counselor, and visual artist.
