INTERNSHIPS
Akron Soul Train offers internship opportunities for students and emerging professionals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the nonprofit arts sector. Interns may assist with a range of projects related to artist residency programs, exhibitions, public programs, communications, and community engagement. These experiences are designed to provide meaningful exposure to the day-to-day operations of a small arts organization while supporting the work of contemporary artists.
Internship opportunities vary throughout the year and are posted as organizational needs arise. Positions may be available in areas such as arts administration, curatorial research, marketing and communications, event coordination, and nonprofit operations.
When opportunities are available, they will be listed here with details about responsibilities, qualifications, and application instructions.
We encourage students and emerging professionals with an interest in contemporary art, community-based programming, and nonprofit leadership to check back periodically for updates.
